Account Management

If you create a public evaluation or model, you will be displayed as the owner of that item. You can manage what is displayed at your profile page, both the values to be shown (e.g. full name, bio or avatar), and also what values should be hidden. This is configured by clicking on the "Settings" button and selecting which fields should be publicly visible. You can disable whichever fields you want - even all of them.

Billing Information

All payments are handled by Stripe. You can manage your billing information or subscription level by clicking on the "Subscription Level" button on your profile page. This can also be done via the subscriptions page.

Credits

Equistamp has two ways to pay for evaluation runs - either directly, or with prepaid credits. When paying directly, you will be presented with a page where you can choose various payment methods (e.g. credit card, or bank transfer). The specific methods will be dependent on what you are buying and where you are located - we won't do anything until your payment goes through, so you can cancel at any point in the flow, by simply not proceeding further.

The second payment option is with Equistamp credits - one credit is one USD. These can be purchased by pressing the "Buy more credits" button on your profile page - you will then be presented with a Stripe payments page, where you can specify how many credits you want to buy (the minimum amount is $1). Whenever you want to buy something, we first check if you have enough credits to cover it and use them if possible.
